Poland’s labour market has made B2B especially visible in fields such as IT, where skilled specialists may value flexible arrangements and companies may seek lower administrative costs. Yet the model sits beside an older legal tradition built around employment protection. The tension is not new: modern work can look entrepreneurial on paper while feeling like ordinary employment day to day. That gap explains why classification remains such a live issue.
