The A11Y Project community, to which Josh Oshfield's portfolio relates, aims to make digital accessibility easier and more integrated in web development.

This community-driven effort provides resources, tools, and open source code to empower developers to implement accessibility from the start. Their approach emphasizes semantic HTML, avoiding unnecessary ARIA roles, and designing for keyboard and screen reader users, which Josh Oshfield's portfolio embodies.
