Scientists have done lots of experiments to show that quantum leaping is real. They've seen particles like electrons and atoms jump through barriers that they shouldn't be able to cross. This happens because at a quantum level, particles don't behave like big objects do. They can be in many places at once and can jump through spaces that seem empty to us.
