The plot follows two intertwined storylines: a stolen 86-carat diamond and a bare-knuckle boxing scheme.

Frankie Four Fingers (del Toro) steals the diamond in Antwerp and brings it to London to sell. Multiple criminal factions converge: Russian gangsters, incompetent amateur robbers, a ruthless bookie named Brick Top (Alan Ford) who disposes of bodies by feeding them to pigs, and Cousin Avi (Farina) sent from New York. Simultaneously, Turkish (Statham) and his partner Tommy (Stephen Graham) are coerced by Brick Top into promoting a fixed fight using Mickey (Pitt) as their boxer — but Mickey refuses to go down in the fourth round as agreed, triggering a chain of escalating violence.
